Esther is a Partner / Senior Vice President at Matson, Driscoll and Damico. She has managed the firm’s office in Kingston since 2004.
Esther has over fifteen years of experience in financial advisor services. Her practice concentrates on fraud, concealment & misrepresentation, business interruption, loss of profits, fidelity claims, products liability & recall, stock & contents, construction defects & claims, extra expenses, accident benefits, physical damages, catastrophe services, personal injury and wrongful death.
Additionally, she has provided litigation support and expert testimony in court on matters relating to personal injury and fraud. She has also played an active role in numerous mediations and arbitrations.
Esther has extensive experience quantifying economic damages caused by natural disasters.
Esther has vast knowledge across a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, construction, retail and wholesale, agriculture, food processing, warehousing and rental and resort properties.
She has authored articles on a variety of topics related to forensic accounting and is a much sought after speaker on the subjects of damage quantification and economic loss.
Esther received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also has a Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting from the University of Toronto.
