Ed joined MDD Forensic Accountants in 2006. He is the firm’s Director of Business Development – Litigation.
Ed is involved in all facets of business development with a focus on MDD’s continuing growth and expansion around the world. He pro-actively seeks out any untapped opportunities that may be met by MDD’s capabilities; opportunities that fit with the firm’s commitment to provide the most accurate and reliable economic damage quantification assessments to its clients.
Ed’s years of experience as a Senior Claims Representative makes him an invaluable asset to the firm. In the past, he worked on general liability accounts, lent support to reinsurance representatives on large exposure cases, helped risk managers with their problem solving and provided opinions on various insurance issues.
Ed’s forensic accounting practice areas include business interruption, personal injury and wrongful death, fidelity claims, subrogation, catastrophe services and construction defects & claims. He also helps evaluate owner-controlled insurance program (OCIP) losses.
Ed’s experience spans across a wide range of industries – from agricultural and construction losses to retail, wholesale, hotels and resorts.
He has assisted many well-respected law firms in North America and Europe in mediation and arbitration matters.
