Chloe joined MDD Forensic Accountants’ Hong Kong office in 2014. She is a Manager at the firm’s Sydney office.
Chloe was previously employed as a Financial Risk Analyst at General Electric and a Margin Analyst at Macquarie Bank. Prior to that, she was a Solicitor In New South Wales, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, family law and contractual disputes.
A forensic accountant for more than five years, Chloe focuses on business interruption, lost profits, stock & contents, fraud, concealment & misrepresentation, fidelity claims and products liability & recall matters. She also has vast knowledge of the catastrophe services area, having worked on assignments resulting from the 2011 Queensland floods, 2011 Christchurch earthquake and the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.
Chloe has been involved in asset tracing, insurance recovery actions and class actions.
She has experience in the banking, power generation, publishing, hotel and hospitality, retail and wholesale, food and beverage, real estate and automotive industries as well as in the public sector.
Chloe has provided litigation support to clients and has prepared reports for the Chinese courts.
She has presented numerous seminars and workshops on subjects such as lost profits.
Chloe is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with a conversational knowledge of Japanese. She graduated from the University of Sydney with both Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) degrees.
