Dayne joined MDD Forensic Accountants in 1988 and is a Partner in the Atlanta office.
Dayne is a licensed CPA in Georgia and Tennessee.
Over the years he has worked on various type matters including but not limited to, quantifying economic damages related to builders’ risk and soft costs, business disputes, business interruption, construction delay claims, extra expenses, fidelity claims, lost profits, personal injury, physical property damages, stock & contents, and products liability & recall matters. He has worked on cases that have ranged in magnitude from under $10,000 to over $200 million.
Dayne has provided expert witness testimony in Federal and State court. He has also been retained as a consultant on litigation matters providing services that include: analyzing opposing damage measure expert reports; preparing document requests and interrogatories for discovery and preparing inquires for opposing experts.
Dayne has presented numerous seminars on forensic accounting topics to groups such as the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Professional Loss Research Bureau. Dayne is a graduate of Southern Adventist University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
