Mark joined MDD Forensic Accountants’ London, England office in 2000. He is a Partner at the firm.
An expert in economic damage quantification, Mark focuses his practice on matters related to business interruption, lost profits, products liability & recall, fidelity claims and specialty risks such as event cancellations. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the catastrophe services area both in the UK and overseas. This includes assignments resulting from the 2007 UK floods, 2010 Chilean earthquake, 2011 Japanese earthquake, 2011 Thailand floods and 2015 Tianjin explosion.
He has been engaged on assignments involving service, retail, wholesale and manufacturing businesses across a wide range of industries including hospitality, entertainment, consumer apparel and household goods, automotive, printing, telecommunications, petrochemicals, and aerospace.
Mark has worked on claims in the UK, Israel, Russia, South America, Africa, the Caribbean and throughout Europe. These claims have ranged in value from a few hundred thousand pounds to those in excess of £100 million.
He has been involved in various litigation services assignments concerning contractual disputes and product liability. In addition, he has provided written expert reports for the Courts on numerous occasions.
Mark has conducted seminars and presentations throughout the UK on a wide variety of forensic accounting topics.
He graduated from University of Huddersfield with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Accounting.
