  • LCIA arbitration involving a contractual dispute over the construction of an off-shore drilling rig.
  • Alleged breach of a supply contract in Canada between an international cement manufacturer and a steel producer.
  • Arbitration in Malaysia (UNCITRAL rules) related to losses suffered at a port following a large explosion.
  • SIAC arbitration relating to a dispute between a US-based solar panel manufacturer and a Korean-based solar panel manufacturer.
  • LCIA arbitration related to the expropriation of various power plants located in Argentina belonging to a US company.

  • International arbitration involving the quantification of clean-up costs and other damages following a large oil spill off the coast of Europe. Engaged on behalf of the reinsurers to quantify damages based on different euro/USD exchange rates.
  • Contractual dispute between a large Brazilian steel and cement manufacturer and the Chinese suppliers of production equipment.
  • Arbitration of a dispute involving a PPP between a provincial government and an international joint venture in relation to the cost of maintaining a highway over a ten-year period. Contract value exceeded $1B. Engagement included testimony before a three-member panel.
