Tony joined MDD Forensic Accountants’ Toronto office in 1986. He is now the Partner/Senior Vice President in the firm’s Vancouver office.
Tony is a well-respected forensic accounting professional who has been involved with over 2,000 economic damage assignments in Canada, the United States and overseas. His practice areas include business interruption, property damage, stock & contents, products liability & recall, employee dishonesty, personal injury and extra expenses. In addition, Tony has worked on numerous rail transportation claims, including derailments.
He has provided expert testimony before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, as well as at arbitration matters. He has also been appointed as a dispute resolution representative under the British Columbia Insurance Act.
He frequently leads seminars on economic damage quantification, business interruption losses and loss of income to lawyers, insurance companies, various insurance industry groups, and other insurance professionals.
